Scientists test Breakfast's impact on heart health
NCT ID NCT07313787
Summary
This study aims to understand how eating meals with different nutrients—like high-fat or high-carbohydrate breakfasts—affects fat levels in the blood. Researchers will compare 100 participants, including healthy volunteers and people with conditions like kidney disease or metabolic syndrome. Participants will stay overnight at a clinic twice to eat different test meals and have their blood drawn frequently to measure fat changes.
