Summary
This study looks at how a specific gene change (rs7903146) affects the body's ability to produce insulin and control blood sugar. Researchers will give 80 healthy adults a drug that blocks a hormone called GLP-1 to see how their pancreas responds. The goal is to understand why some people are more likely to develop type 2 diabetes.
