Summary

This study will test whether watching a liquid-gel or sand hourglass during blood collection can reduce pain, fear, and anxiety in children aged 5 to 10. About 120 children will be randomly assigned to use one type of hourglass or no hourglass. The goal is to find a simple, non-drug way to make blood draws less stressful for kids.
