NCT ID NCT07242183
First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study will test whether a single 20-minute hot-pack session can immediately reduce pain and muscle stiffness in adults with low back pain. Twenty-four participants will be randomly assigned to receive either a real hot pack or a room-temperature sham pack. Researchers will measure changes in muscle stiffness and pain right after treatment and check back after 24-48 hours.
