Summary

This study looks at whether a group-based program called Horizons can help adults with chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD) improve their quality of life and coping skills. About 20 people who had a stem cell transplant and now have moderate to severe cGVHD will take part. The program involves 8 group sessions, and researchers will check if people join, attend, and stay in the program.
