Summary
This study tests how easy and useful a new digital program called Hope-D is for managing weight during pregnancy and for 6 months after giving birth. The program includes a digital pathway, weight management plans, and coaching. 30 pregnant women with a BMI of 30 or higher will use the program and give feedback to see if it works well.
