Summary
This pilot study tests whether an individualized online home-based exercise program can reduce pain, fatigue, sleep problems, depression, and memory issues in gynecologic cancer survivors. Forty women who have finished cancer treatment will follow a tailored exercise plan via Zoom and wear an activity tracker. The goal is to see if the program is feasible and acceptable, and if it improves symptoms and quality of life.
