New hope for COPD patients with high lung blood pressure?

Summary

This study looks at whether the inhaled drug iloprost can safely lower blood pressure in the lungs and improve exercise ability in adults with severe COPD. Fifteen participants will take iloprost 6 to 9 times daily for 12 weeks, with tests before and after treatment. There is no placebo group, so all participants receive the active drug.
