New hope for COPD patients with high lung blood pressure?

Summary

This study tests if the inhaled drug iloprost can safely lower high blood pressure in the lungs (pulmonary hypertension) of people with severe COPD. Fifteen adults will take iloprost 6-9 times daily for 12 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in lung blood pressure and walking distance before and after treatment.
