Summary

This study looks at different ways to surgically fix a broken hip in adults under 65. The main goal is to see if a new implant keeps the bone more stable during healing compared to standard screws. Researchers will use a special X-ray method to measure any movement in the fracture and track pain, function, and quality of life for one year.
