Summary
This study tested whether giving a special high-flow oxygen through the nose during a sedated gut procedure (ERCP) could prevent dangerously low oxygen levels better than standard oxygen. One hundred adults and older patients took part. The goal was to see which method keeps oxygen levels safer and reduces complications like low blood pressure.
