Summary

This study tests a high dose of the chemotherapy drug methotrexate given through a vein in 16 adults with aggressive breast cancer that has spread to the lining of the brain. The goal is to see if this treatment can help people live longer than 12 weeks. Participants must have a specific type of breast cancer and be in good overall health.
