Sound waves vs. prostate cancer: new study tracks Real-World results

Summary
This study follows 100 men with prostate cancer who choose to have high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) as their treatment. HIFU uses sound waves to heat and destroy cancer cells in a targeted area. Researchers will check if the cancer is gone at 6 and 18 months and track how the treatment affects quality of life, including urinary, bowel, and sexual health.
