This study will compare three surgical treatments for severe internal hemorrhoids: laser, energy therapy, and traditional surgery. About 60 adults with grade III hemorrhoids will choose their preferred treatment. The goal is to see which method provides less pain after surgery and allows a faster return to work or daily activities.
