Summary
This trial tests a new surgical technique called low excision and high suspension hemorrhoidectomy against the standard Milligan-Morgan procedure for people with severe grade III-IV mixed hemorrhoids. The study will include 120 adults who have not improved with other treatments. Researchers will check how well the surgery works at 12 weeks and whether hemorrhoids come back within a year.
