Summary
This study compares two different nerve-blocking techniques to manage pain after heart surgery through the breastbone. Researchers will test which method provides better pain relief and recovery for 50 patients undergoing this type of surgery. The goal is to improve comfort and reduce the need for strong pain medications after the operation.
