Summary

This study is testing whether a new genetic risk score helps doctors and patients manage heart disease risk better. It will follow 1,000 adults without known heart disease for 5 years to see if getting this score changes how doctors prescribe medications or order tests, and if it improves patients' cholesterol levels. Half the participants will get their score right away, while the other half will get it after 3 years, allowing researchers to compare outcomes.
