Summary

This study tests whether a community health worker-led program can help Mexican-origin adults with fatty liver disease (MASLD) better understand their heart disease risk and adopt healthier habits. About 45 participants and their family or friends will take part. The goal is to see if the program is practical and well-liked, with the hope of improving heart health and reducing health gaps in this community.
