First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study looks at heart structure and function in people with osteogenesis imperfecta (OI), a condition that makes bones fragile. Researchers want to learn how often heart problems occur in people with OI and how they change over time. The goal is to help doctors screen for heart issues earlier and improve care. About 40 people with OI will take part, and no treatments or medications are being tested.
