Drug cocktail aims to ease dual Heart-Lung strain

Summary
This study tests whether adding macitentan to standard dapagliflozin treatment helps people with heart failure and a specific type of lung hypertension. About 64 adults in South Korea will take either the combo or dapagliflozin alone for 24 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in lung blood pressure, heart strain, walking ability, and quality of life.
