First seen Mar 31, 2026 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This study will use a special type of MRI (oxygen-sensitive MRI) to measure oxygen reserves in the heart and brain of 60 heart failure patients. The goal is to see if lower oxygen levels are linked to thinking and memory problems. Participants will breathe in a certain way during the scan to help measure oxygen changes. This research aims to find a better way to detect early oxygen shortages in heart failure.
