NCT ID NCT07413419
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether remote motivational interviewing—online chats with a trained nurse—can help heart failure patients and their family caregivers improve self-care and quality of life. 600 participants (300 patients with moderate to severe heart failure and their caregivers) will receive the coaching over 12 months. The goal is to see if this approach helps with medication, diet, and symptom monitoring, reducing hospital visits and easing caregiver burden.
