Summary
This study is testing a 6-week online support program called HELP for family members who care for people with heart failure. The program provides educational sessions and resources to help carers manage their own wellbeing while supporting their loved one. Researchers will measure how the program affects carer stress, preparedness, and quality of life, as well as patient health outcomes like hospital visits.
