First seen Mar 14, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study follows 2,000 people with chronic heart failure to see how their daily physical activity, measured by step counters, relates to heart-related hospitalizations and survival. Participants wear their own pedometers and answer activity questionnaires every six months. The goal is to learn whether simple activity tracking can help predict who needs more care.
