This study aims to build a registry of healthy adults aged 18 and older who have been prescreened for future research at the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS). Volunteers undergo a single visit lasting about 5 hours, which includes a physical exam, neurological tests, cognitive assessments, and an MRI brain scan. The goal is to create a ready pool of prescreened volunteers so researchers can more easily compare healthy individuals to those with neurological conditions, reducing costs and duplication of effort.
