Summary
This study tests a program called Healthy ReStart that uses health coaching, motivational interviewing, and online tools to help adults with serious mental illness return to active lives after major disruptions like the COVID-19 pandemic. Sixty participants will receive either the coaching program plus usual mental health services or just usual services. Researchers will measure changes in confidence, depression, anxiety, and overall recovery over four months.
