Summary
This study tested a training program called First Face, designed to help community members recognize and respond to mental health crises. About 92 staff from the Healing Lodge of the Seven Nations took surveys before, right after, and 3 months after training. The goal was to see if the program improved their knowledge, attitudes, and confidence in helping someone in crisis.
