Super berry juice may banish Post-Workout soreness

Summary
This study is testing whether drinking haskap berry juice helps people recover faster from intense weightlifting. Researchers will compare the juice to a placebo drink in 30 adults with at least 2 years of squatting experience. They will measure muscle soreness, strength, and blood markers for inflammation before and after a tough leg workout to see if the berry juice speeds up recovery.
