This study tests whether a special device called H-Wave can help people recover faster and with less pain after rotator cuff repair surgery. About 80 adults aged 18-64 will either receive standard care or standard care plus the H-Wave device. Researchers will track pain, medication use, sleep quality, and shoulder function for 3 months after surgery.
