NCT ID NCT07242456

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests two different 14-day treatments for Helicobacter pylori, a bacteria that can cause stomach ulcers. About 240 adults with confirmed infection will take either tegoprazan or vonoprazan, both combined with amoxicillin. The goal is to see if the newer tegoprazan combo works as well as the standard vonoprazan combo at clearing the infection, while also checking for side effects and how well people follow the treatment.
