Summary

This study tests two 14-day treatments to cure Helicobacter pylori, a stomach infection that can cause ulcers and cancer. About 240 adults will take either tegoprazan or vonoprazan, both combined with the antibiotic amoxicillin. The goal is to see if the newer drug, tegoprazan, works as well as vonoprazan at wiping out the infection.
