New combo aims to shrink Hard-to-Treat tumors

Summary
This study tests a new drug (GV20-0251) combined with an immunotherapy (anti-PD-1) in people with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard care. About 227 adults with various cancers, including lung, breast, and colorectal, will receive the combination to see if it can shrink tumors and control the disease. The main goals are to check safety and measure tumor response.
