Summary

This study looks at whether the drug guselkumab can stop Crohn's disease from coming back after bowel surgery. About 88 adults with moderate to severe Crohn's who have had surgery will receive guselkumab and be monitored for up to 48 weeks. The main goal is to see if the disease stays away inside the bowel at 24 weeks.
