Summary

This study compares two treatments for deep gum pockets that remain after standard gum disease cleaning. About 36 adults will receive either a growth factor gel (Rh-PDGF) or a tooth protein gel (Emdogain), both combined with bone graft. The goal is to see which better improves gum attachment and reduces pocket depth over 12 months.
