Can group classes before pregnancy boost fertility success?

Summary
This study tests whether group preconception care, adapted from group prenatal care, can improve pregnancy and newborn outcomes for fertility patients. About 140 couples at Penn Fertility Care will be randomly assigned to either group virtual sessions or usual care. Researchers will track blood pressure, weight, blood sugar, anxiety, depression, fertility quality of life, pregnancy rates, and complications like preterm birth or gestational diabetes.
