Summary
This study tests whether doing hand grip exercises can lower the risk of deep vein thrombosis (a dangerous blood clot) in adult hospital patients who have a PICC line. About 2,500 participants will be asked to perform the exercises regularly. The goal is to find a simple, drug-free way to prevent clots.
