Summary

This study tests whether physical activity in green outdoor spaces reduces negative symptoms (like lack of motivation or social withdrawal) in people with schizophrenia more than indoor exercise. 45 adults aged 18-55 with persistent negative symptoms will participate. Researchers will compare changes in symptom severity between the two groups.
