First seen Jun 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 26, 2026
Summary
This study looked at whether eating more Greek yogurt for 8 weeks could improve bone health and lower inflammation in adults aged 55 and older. Forty participants either ate yogurt with or without exercise, or just exercised without yogurt. Researchers measured blood markers of bone turnover and inflammation to see if yogurt made a difference.
