Summary
This study is testing whether a 10-week supervised golf program can help improve the well-being of prostate cancer survivors who are on hormone therapy. Researchers want to see if regular golf practice can improve physical ability, mood, and overall quality of life for these men. The program involves group golf lessons and practice twice a week, and participants will be followed for 6 months after the program ends.
