Summary

This study tests a natural compound from licorice root (glycyrrhizin) in 60 men with prostate cancer who are scheduled for surgery. Participants take the extract daily before their operation to see if it lowers PSA levels and is safe. The goal is to learn if this supplement can help control the disease in the short term.
