NCT ID NCT06069622

First seen Jan 06, 2026

Summary

This study looks at whether a person's genes (specifically the CAV-1 gene) affect how well GLP-1 weight-loss drugs lower blood pressure and body weight. Researchers will enroll 30 overweight or obese adults to take a GLP-1 drug and measure changes. The goal is to learn why some people respond better than others, which could lead to more personalized treatment.
