Brain tumor care from your couch: new app trial launches

NCT ID NCT07074756

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This trial tests whether a mobile app can help people with glioma (a type of brain tumor) receive their cancer treatment and monitoring at home instead of traveling to a specialist center. The study will enroll 120 adults who are starting or continuing systemic therapy. The main goal is to see if patients can complete at least 4 check-ins over 6 months using the app, which would show that home-based care is feasible.
