Summary

This study aims to understand how immune cells in the blood and bone marrow change over time in people with glioblastoma, a serious brain cancer. Researchers will collect samples from about 40 adults before and during standard treatment. The goal is to gather information that could lead to new immunotherapy treatments, but this study does not test any new drug or therapy itself.
