Scientists search for clues in brain cancer blood tests

NCT ID NCT06222138

Summary

This study aims to understand why some glioblastoma brain tumors respond better than others to TTFields treatment. Researchers will collect blood samples and existing tumor tissue from 80 newly diagnosed patients to look for biological markers that predict treatment success. The study does not test any new treatments but seeks to improve future care by understanding treatment resistance.
