Summary

This study tests an implant called AGN-193408 SR that is placed inside the eye to lower pressure in people with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension. About 100 participants will receive the implant, and some will also get standard eye drops for comparison. The goal is to see if the implant is safe and effective at reducing eye pressure.
