Summary
This study is testing a mobile app called GeriKit to gather more information about older adults (75+) with ischemic heart disease. Researchers want to see if the app helps them better understand patients' health and outcomes, like hospital readmission or quality of life. About 150 participants will use the app during or shortly after a heart-related hospital stay.
