First seen Jan 27, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study tests kidney transplant patients for genetic mutations that increase cancer risk. Researchers want to see if genetic testing helps improve cancer screening. About 177 participants who have received a kidney or kidney-pancreas transplant will take part. The goal is to find out how common these mutations are and how they affect follow-up care.
