Summary
This study looks at whether ultrasound can accurately measure stomach contents in children with traumatic injuries who need emergency surgery. Researchers will compare ultrasound estimates with actual stomach fluid drained after intubation. The goal is to better predict aspiration risk and guide anesthesia choices.
