NCT ID NCT07557797
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether changing running form with a wearable device can reduce knee pain in female runners with patellofemoral pain (runner's knee). 44 women aged 18-45 who run at least 15 km per week will be split into two groups: one gets gait retraining with a device, the other gets education alone. The goal is to see if the retraining reduces pain and improves function better than just advice.
