Summary

This study looked at whether people with low back pain walk differently than those without pain. Researchers measured walking speed, step length, and joint movements in 74 adults using 3D motion analysis. Participants also filled out questionnaires about pain and activity levels. The goal was to better understand how back pain might change the way people move.
