First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 15, 2026 · Updated 33 times
Summary
This study tests whether a combination of two drugs, fruquintinib and tislelizumab, can control colorectal cancer in people who still have signs of minimal residual disease (MRD) after completing standard chemotherapy. About 20 adults with stable colorectal cancer and positive ctDNA tests (indicating hidden cancer cells) will receive the treatment. The main goal is to check safety and see if the drugs can eliminate or control these leftover cancer cells.
