Summary
This small study in Uganda looks at how meals made with local fruits and vegetables affect blood sugar and fat levels in people with type 2 diabetes. Eight participants will eat five different test meals over five weeks, with blood samples taken over three hours after each meal. The goal is to find which local foods best help manage glucose and lipids.
